Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Reachin (“Reachin”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data submitted through the Reachin site at reachin.ae. We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and applicable data protection laws.
1. Who we are
Reachin (وصول) is a B2B networking platform based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and is the data controller for the data described below.
2. What we collect
Pre-registration (business waitlist):
- Business contact data: full name, company name, business email, phone/WhatsApp number
- Industry, city/country, and an optional short description of your services
- An optional copy of your trade licence or company registration document (if you choose to upload one)
- Referral code (if you were invited) and the referral code we generate for you
- Standard technical data about your visit (e.g. IP address, browser, timestamp) recorded by our hosting providers
CNC partner interest enquiry: if you submit an enquiry on the CNC Intelligence partner page, we collect your name, company, email, optional phone, optional country and an optional message, plus your consent to be contacted about that enquiry. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, confidential documents through that form.
3. How we use your data and lawful basis
- Reserve your pre-registration place and invite you when the platform launches (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract)
- Manually review that your business is genuine when verification opens (legitimate interest)
- Operate the referral programme and send launch communications (legitimate interest / consent)
- Review and follow up on CNC partner interest enquiries (consent)
- Comply with applicable UAE legal and regulatory obligations (legal obligation)
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with marketing third parties. We use reputable service providers (such as hosting and email delivery) under appropriate agreements to operate the site.
CNC enquiries: in this phase, CNC partner interest is recorded in Reachin and reviewed manually by our team. It is not automatically forwarded to the CNC partner. Any onward introduction happens only through manual review and follow-up.
5. Storage, transfers and security
Personal data is processed using reputable cloud providers during the pre-launch period and is intended to be migrated to infrastructure located in the United Arab Emirates when the platform launches; we will notify registered users by email before any such migration. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and confidentiality obligations. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us.
6. Data retention
We keep pre-registration data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. If you do not respond to your launch invitation within 6 months of launch, we will delete your record. You can request deletion at any time (see contact below).
7. Your rights (PDPL)
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise any right, or to stop launch emails, contact us below; we aim to respond within a reasonable period.
8. Cookies & analytics
We use a privacy-respecting measurement layer to understand page visits and interactions. Non-essential analytics cookies are consent-gated through the cookie banner — you can accept or decline, and change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. We do not run third-party ad pixels on this site.
9. Children
Reachin is a business-to-business service and is not intended for anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this notice as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email.

12. Platform features — additional processing
This addendum describes processing added by the Reachin platform and is pending counsel review.
When you use the full Reachin platform (beyond pre-registration), we additionally process:
- Business profile and booth content that you choose to publish (name, description, services, products, links and contact details).
- Trade licence and logo uploads, stored privately; the trade licence is used only to verify your business and is not shown publicly.
- Connection requests you send or receive, and your list of connections.
- Direct messages exchanged between connected members.
- Event registrations for events you join.
- In-app notifications generated by your activity.
- Referral codes and the record of who referred whom.
- Profile view counts and analytics events, where analytics are consent-gated via the cookie banner.
Direct messages are private to the participants and to platform administrators acting on legitimate grounds (such as safety, security, abuse handling or legal compliance). Verification status and published booth content are visible to other users and visitors as part of the public directory. Billing-related processing will apply only once paid checkout is enabled and will be described before you are charged.
