This privacy policy explains how Wasel Connect Project Management Services LLC ("Reachin", "we", "us") collects and processes personal data submitted through the pre launch waitlist at reachin.ae. It is written in plain language and will be replaced with a full policy when the main platform launches on 24 June 2026.

1. Who we are

Wasel Connect Project Management Services LLC is registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and operates the brand Reachin (Arabic: Wosool / وصول). The legal entity is the data controller for the information described below.

2. What we collect

When you register on the waitlist we collect:

Full name, company name, business email and phone/WhatsApp number
Industry, city and a short description of the services you offer
A copy of your trade licence or company registration document
The referral code (if any) of the member who invited you, and the unique referral code we generate for you
Standard technical information about your visit (IP address, browser, timestamp) recorded by our hosting providers

3. Why we collect it

We use this information solely to:

Reserve your place on the waitlist and invite you to the platform when it goes live
Manually verify that your business is genuine (the document upload)
Operate the referral programme and contact you about the launch
Comply with UAE record keeping and anti fraud obligations

4. Where your data is stored

During the pre launch period your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database and private file storage provided by Supabase Inc. When the main platform launches on Azure (UAE North region) on 24 June 2026, your data will be migrated to infrastructure physically located in the United Arab Emirates. You will receive an email before that migration happens.

5. Who can see your data

Trade licence and identity documents are stored in a private bucket and are only accessible to authorised Reachin staff via short lived signed links. We never sell your personal data and we do not share it with marketing third parties.

6. How long we keep it

If you do not respond to your platform invitation within 6 months of launch we will delete your waitlist record. You can also request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@reachin.ae.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to stop sending you marketing emails, by writing to privacy@reachin.ae. We aim to respond within 14 working days.

8. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, row level security policies in the database, and private storage for sensitive documents. No system is perfectly secure, if you believe your account has been compromised please contact us immediately.

9. Children

Reachin is a B2B platform and is not intended for anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be announced by email to registered users.
