Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Reachin at reachin.ae, operated under the brand Reachin (“Reachin”, “we”, “us”). By registering you confirm you have read and agree to them.

1. Eligibility

Reachin is open to representatives of legitimate, licensed businesses in the UAE, Türkiye and the wider GCC. You confirm you are at least 18, are authorised to register the company you list, and that the information you provide is true and complete.

2. The waitlist service

The waitlist reserves a place for your business and lets us contact you when the platform launches. Pre-registering is not full account access and does not create any subscription, payment obligation or contract for services. We may invite you to the platform or, in rare cases, decline if your registration cannot be reviewed.

3. Planned features, membership and pricing

Pages describing the directory, events, membership and other platform features may describe planned or evolving functionality. Any membership tiers or pricing shown are indicative, subject to validation, and may change. There is no checkout or payment on this site yet, and nothing here is an offer to sell. We do not guarantee any particular feature, launch date, or business outcome.

4. Partner and CNC enquiries

The Reachin Partner Network and the CNC Intelligence partner page let you register interest only. Partner and CNC enquiries are reviewed manually by Reachin; submitting an enquiry does not create a CNC account, grant access, or automatically forward your details to the partner. Any support offered through a partner is not guaranteed, provides no guaranteed recovery, investigation, legal, financial or compliance outcome, and is not legal, financial or investment advice.

5. Verification documents

You may optionally upload a trade licence or company registration so we can confirm your business is genuine. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share the document and that it has not been altered.

6. Referral programme

Each registration receives a unique referral code you may share with other UAE, Türkiye and GCC businesses. Referrals must be genuine; automated, mass or misleading sharing is prohibited and may result in removal without notice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or stolen business information
• Use the waitlist or any future platform feature for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or harassing activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with other users
• Scrape, copy or redistribute Reachin content or member data without written consent

8. Intellectual property

All text, branding (including “Reachin” and وصول), graphics and code on this site are owned by Reachin or its licensors. You retain ownership of the information and documents you submit and grant us a limited licence to process them as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that the platform will launch on any specific date, or that any particular feature described in marketing materials will be included at launch.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Reachin and its officers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may remove your record at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms or if we cannot verify your business. You may ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing privacy@reachin.ae.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be sent to your registered email address.
