These terms govern your use of the pre launch waitlist at reachin.ae, operated by Wasel Connect Project Management Services LLC ("Reachin", "we", "us"). By registering you confirm that you have read and agree to them. A more detailed set of platform terms will apply once the main platform launches on 24 June 2026.
The waitlist is open to representatives of legitimate, licensed businesses in the United Arab Emirates and the wider Gulf Cooperation Council region. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are authorised to register the company you list, and that the information you provide is true and complete.
The waitlist reserves a place for your business and lets us contact you when the platform goes live. Registering on the waitlist does not create any subscription, payment obligation, or contract for services. We may invite you to the live platform or, in rare cases, decline to do so if your registration cannot be verified.
You may upload a copy of your trade licence or company registration so that we can confirm your business is genuine. By uploading you confirm that you have the right to share the document with us and that the document has not been altered.
Each waitlist registration receives a unique referral code. You may share this code with other UAE/GCC businesses. Referrals must be genuine, automated, mass, or misleading sharing is prohibited and may result in your registration being removed without notice.

All text, branding (including "Reachin" and "Wosool"), graphics, and code on this site are owned by Wasel Connect Project Management Services LLC or its licensors and are protected by UAE and international IP law. You retain ownership of the company information and documents you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to process them as described in our Privacy Policy.
The waitlist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that the platform will launch on any specific date, or that any particular feature described in marketing materials will be included at launch.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Reachin and its officers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the waitlist. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the waitlist is limited to AED 100.
We may remove your waitlist record at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms or if we cannot verify your business. You may ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing privacy@reachin.ae.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms before the main platform launches. Significant changes will be sent to your registered email address.
